Eric Adams Caught Carrying Mystery Photo!

According to rumors, the late police officer Robert Venable’s particular portrait is carried by New York City Mayor Eric Adams. This graphic was printed from Google and was produced by hardworking city hall staff.

According to a recent New York Times article, Adams has discussed the heartbreaking tale of his deceased friend in a number of media interviews. The report also notes that Adams always has a photo of the slain cop on him. According to sources cited by the publication, staff members were particularly instructed to present a photo of Officer Venable.

A individual allegedly asserts that workers unintentionally spilled coffee over a black-and-white Google picture that was printed by staff. The person, who goes by the moniker Adams, eventually gave the New York Times permission to use the image. According to two anonymous former City Hall staffers, they were made aware of the altered photo not long after it was created.

It’s been confirmed, according to Fabien Levy, a spokesman for the mayor, that Adams had a picture of Officer Venable. The representative did not, however, refute the claim that Adams showed a fake photo of his pal at a recent police gathering.

New York City Hall responded to the Times’ query with a press statement. “It is disgusting that The New York Times has chosen to have Robert Venable’s friends and family relive the tragic murder of a loved one for nothing more than feeding its obsession with dissecting every single moment of Mayor Adams’ life as the paper continues its unsuccessful campaign to paint the mayor as a liar,” Levy stated in the press release.

“Mayor Adams, Officer Venable, and a number of other members of the NYPD were close friends before Officer Venable’s murder, and any implication otherwise is patently false,” he said. “Countless members of the Police Department can verify their friendship that started as two officers who were coming up in the force together, at a time when few Black leaders had positions of power in the Police Department. Over 30 years ago, after Officer Venable’s murder, then-Officer Adams made a copy of a photo published of Officer Venable from an NYPD Transit News Bulletin — a document he still has to this day.”

“For decades, Mayor Adams has carried a picture of his friend who died in the line of duty, and the Times’ efforts to attack the mayor here would be laughable if it were not so utterly offensive,” he concluded.

Five former NYPD policemen who worked with the two and members of Venable’s family attested to Mayor Adams’ acquaintance with Venable. As stated by Januari Venable in the press release “I was only eight when my father was murdered. I don’t remember most of the people who were there for my family, but in the 36 years since I lost my father, Eric Adams has been there, even after the cameras were gone.”

According to reports, she claimed to the Times that she hadn’t seen the mayor before this year. Regarding the photo, she stated, “All I can say is that as far as being in his wallet or not, the fact that people still think of my dad all these years later — whatever the meaning behind it — it makes me thankful that he’s not being forgotten.”

“I didn’t know all of my brother’s friends, but Eric Adams had a wonderful relationship with my mother and was there for my family when it mattered despite The New York Times’ effort to drive a wedge between us,” Denise Benson, Venable’s sister, stated in the news release.

Marke Stewart, the deputy commissioner for community affairs for the NYPD, said: “To say The New York Times was grasping at straws would be an understatement. Eric and Robert were friends, and the Times has hit a new low with this attack.”

Tragically, Robert Venable, a devoted officer of the New York City Transit Police Department, perished while performing his duties. He was shot dead while valiantly attempting to capture two armed men in an abandoned Brooklyn building. His heroic efforts, along with those of two other policemen, tragically came to a stop when he passed away from his wounds. The Officer Down Memorial Page honors his dedication and selflessness while defending our neighborhood.
