Tech billionaire Elon Musk has landed in the middle of yet another high-stakes legal battle—this time, over a paternity dispute involving his alleged 13th child. Conservative commentator and Twitter-X influencer Ashley St. Clair has filed two petitions in a Manhattan court seeking to both strip Musk of any custodial rights and establish him as the child’s legal father.
The filings, which far-left activist Taylor Lorenz first reported, claim Musk has essentially abandoned the five-month-old boy, identified only as R.S.C. According to St. Clair, Musk has only seen his son three times—brief encounters totaling less than four hours. The mother further alleges that Musk was entirely absent during the child’s birth in September 2024 and has made no effort to be involved in the baby’s life.

Court documents reveal text messages in which Musk allegedly urged St. Clair to keep the pregnancy a secret and refused to be named on the birth certificate. The petition asserts that St. Clair has been left to shoulder full parental responsibilities alone, from doctor’s visits to daily care, leading her to demand sole custody.
