The feud between Elon Musk and Bill Gates is back in the spotlight, and this time, it’s heating up over exposed government waste and globalist fearmongering.
At the heart of the drama is the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), a task force backed by Musk that has been pulling the curtain back on decades of unchecked spending by U.S. agencies. One of its biggest revelations? The shocking misuse of taxpayer funds at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
DOGE’s first major target was USAID—an agency originally created to administer foreign aid, but which, according to DOGE’s findings, had become little more than a funnel for far-left pet projects. Instead of helping the poor and needy abroad, USAID was reportedly spending taxpayer dollars on things like transgender comic books in South America and subscriptions to Politico Pro, a D.C. insider news outlet with a leftist bent.
President Trump previously shut down the agency’s independent authority and transferred oversight to the State Department in an effort to clean house. But the Left—and specifically Bill Gates—haven’t taken kindly to the shakeup.
