El Salvador Just Gave Van Hollen a BRUTAL Reality Check!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

“Home,” in Van Hollen’s eyes, apparently means the United States—even if that “home” includes allegations of MS-13 affiliation and a formal deportation order. To everyone else, El Salvador is his rightful home, and that’s where Abrego Garcia currently resides—inside the country’s high-security CECOT prison, which houses the worst of the worst.

This isn’t just a political stunt—it’s an outright insult to American families who’ve suffered from MS-13’s violence, and to the men and women who risk their lives to keep our borders safe.

Trump Survivor Coin

Senator Van Hollen’s request to meet with El Salvador’s Vice President was met with the rejection it deserved. Salvadoran officials clearly want no part in his mission to extract a convicted criminal and re-import him into the United States under the guise of human rights.

The Supreme Court last week added fuel to the fire, issuing an order for the U.S. to “facilitate” the return of Abrego Garcia, whose deportation had been blocked years earlier by an activist judge claiming concerns for his safety. But this order runs up against a simple truth: foreign policy isn’t decided by U.S. courts.

As reported by The Gateway Pundit, Trump’s Department of Justice firmly argued that “federal courts have no authority to direct the Executive Branch to conduct foreign relations in a particular way or engage with a foreign sovereign in a given manner.”

In other words, no court can force the U.S. government to pressure El Salvador into handing someone over—especially someone with a known criminal history tied to one of the most violent gangs on the planet.

Still, Judge Paula Xinis—an Obama appointee—had the audacity to lash out at the Trump administration, accusing them of making “no meaningful effort to comply” with her order and demanding “daily updates” on the exact whereabouts and status of Abrego Garcia.

This is judicial overreach on steroids. The court system is now being weaponized to fight for the rights of an alleged gang member rather than protect the American people.

President Trump, never one to mince words, stood his ground, making it clear there would be no requests made to El Salvador. And El Salvador’s own President, Nayib Bukele, shut the door on this insanity, reaffirming that his country would not act as an accomplice in smuggling a potential terrorist back into the United States.

The American public deserves to know: Why is a U.S. senator spending taxpayer dollars to fly overseas and advocate for a criminal who doesn’t even belong in the country?

Why isn’t Senator Van Hollen fighting to secure our border, support law enforcement, or stop the flow of fentanyl? Instead, he’s prioritizing a convicted felon in a foreign prison.

This is exactly what happens when radical Democrats put open-border ideology over national security. They’re not just soft on crime—they’re actively working to import it.

Let that sink in.
