Duck Dynasty Legend Has Died – RIP Phil!

The world of faith, family, and freedom has lost one of its loudest voices. Phil Robertson, the bearded, Bible-toting patriarch who helped turn “Duck Dynasty” into a cultural phenomenon, has died at the age of 79.

Known for his rugged wisdom, unapologetic Christian faith, and Southern grit, Robertson spent the final years of his life battling serious health issues. Now, he’s found peace beyond this world. His daughter-in-law, Korie Robertson, confirmed the heartbreaking news on Sunday via a deeply moving Facebook post.

“We celebrate today that our father, husband, and grandfather, Phil Robertson, is now with the Lord. He reminded us often of the words of Paul, ‘you do not grieve like those who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him,’” the post read.

Phil’s health had been declining for months. Back in December, the Robertson family shared that he was battling Alzheimer’s disease—a cruel diagnosis for a man so full of sharp wit and timeless truth. On top of that, he was reportedly struggling with a rare blood disorder that was “causing all kinds of problems.”
