Sally Yates Steps In
The Gateway Pundit had previously reported on the smoking-gun email from then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates. That order left no wiggle room. Yates instructed FBI agents to shut down their Clinton Foundation corruption case.
“Sally Yates ordered investigators to ‘Shut it down!’” the documents confirm.
That command effectively gave Hillary and Bill Clinton a free pass during the 2016 election season, keeping voters in the dark about what the FBI was uncovering.
FBI Notes: 19 Bank Accounts Under Scrutiny
The newly declassified material goes even further. Internal FBI records show the bureau wasn’t just sniffing around the edges—it was looking directly at the Clinton Foundation’s banking activity.
“SC [redacted] CID received a telephone call from [redacted] who requested follow-up information concerning the 19 CF bank accounts obtained by LAFO during a separate Campaign Finance Fraud investigation. He also requested a copy of the [redacted],” the FBI’s timeline reads.
That means nearly two dozen accounts tied to the Clinton Foundation were flagged for potential campaign finance violations, yet Americans never saw justice because the DOJ made sure the case died quietly.
A Tale of Two Systems
Now compare that to how President Trump has been treated. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg indicted Trump on 34 felony counts tied to so-called “campaign finance violations” over the Stormy Daniels payment.
Bragg twisted what should have been a misdemeanor bookkeeping issue into a felony circus, all in a desperate attempt to “get Trump.”
Meanwhile, the Clinton Foundation—with tens of millions of dollars moving through its accounts—was given political cover. The FBI was shut down, and the Clintons walked away untouched.
Democrat Money Funnel Exposed
The corruption didn’t end there. Reports later revealed that as many as 40 Democrat state parties were implicated in a scheme to funnel donations illegally into Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential bid.
Attorney Dan Backer filed a federal lawsuit in Virginia in 2018 over the scandal, accusing the Democrats of channeling roughly $84 million into Clinton’s war chest by skirting campaign finance laws.
“You had individuals giving $300,000. They’re not doing it because they care about Nevada’s or Arkansas’ state party. They’re doing it to curry favor with and buy influence with Hillary Clinton,” Backer told the Las Vegas Review Journal.
When the Federal Election Commission refused to act on his earlier complaint, Backer said he had no choice but to take the matter to court.
One Standard for Trump, Another for the Clintons
The contrast could not be sharper. Trump is dragged through endless prosecutions over alleged campaign finance issues, while the Clintons had their investigation into 19 separate bank accounts shut down by insiders.
This is the two-tiered justice system Americans see so clearly today: one set of rules for Trump, another for Democrats.
