The Biden Justice Department is fighting tooth and nail to bury a lawsuit that threatens to expose catastrophic failures in Pfizer’s rushed COVID-vaccine clinical trials. At the very same time, internal FDA communications now reveal a bombshell: federal regulators have acknowledged that children did die after receiving the injections.
Instead of confronting those revelations, the DOJ marched into court this week insisting that nothing—not even evidence of children dying—would shake the government’s loyalty to Pfizer.
Just the News reported that the FDA’s top vaccine overseer recently told staff that “at least” ten children died “after and because of” the shots. Rather than trigger new scrutiny or accountability, Washington responded by circling the wagons around Pfizer and pushing to crush the one case capable of exposing what happened inside the trials.
The appeal heard this week centers on United States ex rel. Jackson v. Ventavia Research Group, LLC, a False Claims Act case brought by veteran clinical auditor Brook Jackson. Jackson alleges Pfizer and its contractors falsified data, broke federal rules, and endangered trial participants to keep Operation Warp Speed on schedule.
