These posts, still visible as of Monday morning, racked up over 660,000 views, alerting illegal immigrants about law enforcement’s operations and sparking widespread outrage.

Backlash from Conservative Media

Trump Survivor Coin

Fox News’ Steve Doocy slammed Manriquez’s actions, stating, “Thanks to Manriquez, the migrant community is well aware of what ICE has got planned today.”

Co-host Lawrence Jones pointed out that the judicial warrants Manriquez referenced signified that a judge had already ordered the capture of these individuals. Yet, “he was still okay with tipping them off.”

Doocy emphasized the risks posed to ICE officers due to such leaks. “It’s dangerous for our guys,” he said.

While some questioned whether Manriquez himself broke the law, Doocy noted the real culprit is whoever leaked the sensitive information to him. “It’s whoever leaked it to him. It could be someone from the courts, it could be somebody from the federal government,” he said. Others argued that Manriquez should still be investigated for potentially interfering with federal law enforcement.

Jones made it clear: “Just because you’re a reporter doesn’t matter.”

ICE Leaks: A Growing Problem Under Trump’s Crackdown

Manriquez’s leak is just the latest in a series of unauthorized disclosures that have frustrated Trump administration officials. Top officials in charge of immigration enforcement have been battling persistent leaks from within the government, undermining mass deportation efforts.

WATCH:

White House border czar Tom Homan and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem recently confirmed that they had identified some of the sources responsible for leaks about prior ICE raids in Colorado and Los Angeles. However, they stopped short of revealing whether those individuals would face legal repercussions.

Homan has previously speculated that some leaks may be coming from within the FBI, which had advance knowledge of the operations.

‘Lives Are Being Put in Jeopardy’

Noem, speaking on Fox News last week, warned of the real dangers posed by these leaks. “Remember, when they leak information to the press in order to blow an op, they are putting law enforcement lives in jeopardy. They are risking their lives and putting their families in the position where they’ll have to live without those individuals any further.”

She also blasted deep-state bureaucrats who undermine national security for personal or political gain. “It’s amazing how these bureaucrats who have an agenda to stop the work that we’re doing to bring safety to America, how they will sell each other down the river if it’s just to protect themselves.”

Will There Be Consequences?

Manriquez’s actions have reignited calls for accountability when it comes to national security leaks. Many conservatives are demanding that both he and his source be investigated for obstruction of justice and endangering federal officers.

As the Biden administration faces growing pressure to secure the border, the controversy surrounding Manriquez raises serious questions: How deep does the anti-enforcement resistance run within government agencies? And will those responsible for obstructing ICE operations ever be held accountable?

For now, Manriquez remains defiant, keeping his posts online while limiting who can comment. But with public outrage mounting and scrutiny intensifying, it’s only a matter of time before he and his sources face the consequences of their actions.
