The controversy erupted after investigative journalist Catherine Herridge spotlighted a widely shared chart on X showing a stunning pattern. Despite years of investigations, hearings, and media attention surrounding major controversies, the total number of arrests tied to many of these scandals remains at zero.

The list includes some of the most talked about episodes of the last decade, including the Russia collusion narrative, Benghazi, alleged election misconduct, and the Biden autopen scandal. According to the chart, none of these cases have resulted in criminal accountability.
