At the heart of this explosive probe is one key question: Who was truly running the country while Joe Biden was physically present but, according to mounting concerns, mentally absent?

“The American people deserve to know who was actually calling the shots in the Biden White House, because it wasn’t Joe Biden,” Comer declared. “His mental decline was obvious to anyone paying attention.
