CNN Panel Stunned by Trump’s Iran Operation

A dramatic shift may be unfolding in the skies over Iran as the United States and Israel intensify their joint military campaign against the regime in Tehran. According to retired U.S. Army General David Petraeus, coalition forces have already achieved a critical battlefield advantage that could determine the course of the conflict.

During an appearance on CNN, the former CIA director and Iraq War commander offered a blunt assessment of the early stages of the operation. Petraeus said the mission is progressing effectively and that coalition forces appear to be systematically dismantling Iran’s ability to defend itself from the air.

“In this case, I actually see the military missions being accomplished fairly steadily here,” Petraeus said. “The trajectory is very good.”

The comments come as the military campaign enters its second week, with U.S. and Israeli forces continuing to strike strategic targets across Iranian territory. The early phase of the operation focused heavily on neutralizing Iran’s air defense systems and ballistic missile infrastructure, two capabilities considered essential to Tehran’s ability to counter a large-scale air campaign.
