Chubb Limited’s CEO, Evan Greenberg, is under fire after a bombshell new campaign revealed his cozy relationship with the Chinese Communist Party — including photos, handshakes, and public praise for China’s authoritarian ruler, Xi Jinping.
A new campaign blows the lid off Chubb’s China ties
The conservative watchdog group Consumers’ Research just launched a multimillion-dollar campaign called “China Chubb,” aiming to expose how one of America’s largest insurance companies has cozied up to the CCP.
The campaign accuses Chubb and Greenberg of putting Chinese interests ahead of American values and customers — echoing a disturbing trend of U.S. corporations bowing to Beijing for profit.
“Despite growing warnings from U.S. intelligence about the risks posed by the Chinese Communist Party, Chubb has invested billions of dollars in Chinese companies, and Greenberg continues to treat Chinese President Xi Jinping as a partner and friend, even meeting personally with Xi Jinping and publicly introducing him as a force for good,” said Will Hild, Executive Director of Consumers’ Research, in a statement to Fox News Digital.
