A troubling gap in Canada’s immigration enforcement system has come under renewed scrutiny after an investigative documentary claimed that nearly 50,000 foreign students cannot be accounted for—and that some may have been funneled into the United States through organized smuggling operations.
The documentary, produced by Turning Point USA’s Frontlines, takes viewers along Canada’s southern border as correspondents Tayler Hansen and Kian Simone investigate the disappearance of foreign students from Canada’s immigration tracking system.
