Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Campbell found no evidence of a law infraction surrounding Boston Mayor Michelle Wu’s “No Whites” holiday celebration. In spite of four complaints, Wu’s contentious event was upheld by the court.

Following criticism, a Wu administration official stated that the email was “mistakenly” distributed to every Boston city council member.

Michelle Wu did not break the law that forbids discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, or any other factor in places of public accommodation, according to the Democratic Attorney General of Massachusetts.
According to The Boston Herald:
As a result of the uproar over Mayor Michelle Wu’s contentious “electeds of color” holiday celebration, the AG’s office has received four complaints. An email was sent out by the party that excluded the white city councilors.
However, the state Attorney General Andrea Campbell’s office informed the Herald via email that the Dec. 13 party did not seem to violate the public accommodation legislation “since it was not open to the public.”
The Attorney General’s office said that of the four complaints they received, three were from people living outside the state and one did not contain an address. The office spokeswoman refused to comment on whether these allegations had prompted the opening of an inquiry.
The AG upholds the public accommodations legislation in Massachusetts, which “prohibits discrimination in places of public accommodation” based on ancestry, physical or mental impairment, racial or ethnic background, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, deafness, or blindness.

Michelle Wu, the mayor of Boston, is being accused of prejudice against white people once more.
Wu stated during a 2022 event, “This past winter was pretty intense, trial by snow, trial by firefighters union. I’m getting used to dealing with problems that are expensive, disruptive, and white – I’m talking about snowflakes, snowstorms, snowflakes!”
Wu announced the formation of a “Reparations Task Force” to investigate the matter of reparations for Black citizens in an apparent attempt at virtual signaling at the beginning of February.
