Border Agent Hit With SHOCK Charges

A U.S. Customs and Border Protection supervisor in Maine is facing serious federal charges after investigators say he secretly removed valuable components from dozens of government computers, replaced them with inferior hardware, and traded some of the original parts for personal credit.

Terry Liu, 39, was arrested in September and charged in federal court in Bangor with theft of government property and destruction of government property.

Both offenses carry maximum sentences of 10 years behind bars and fines reaching $250,000.
