Despite Leavitt’s firm stance, Collins pressed on, alleging retaliation over the ‘Gulf of America’ terminology.
Leavitt didn’t flinch: “I was upfront on day one… if there are lies… we are going to hold those lies accountable… it is a fact… that the body of water off the coast of Louisiana is called the Gulf of America.”
