Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was taken into custody after a bombshell federal investigation revealed she may have actively interfered with law enforcement’s attempt to detain an illegal alien charged with domestic violence.
According to the explosive criminal complaint, federal agents from ICE, the FBI, and the DEA had moved in to arrest Eduardo Flores-Ruiz—an illegal alien facing serious charges of domestic battery—during a court proceeding. That’s when Judge Dugan allegedly took it upon herself to obstruct justice.
