BOMBSHELL: NIH Caught Funding Atrocities in China!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

What’s more troubling is that some of these Chinese labs, which receive American tax dollars, are also involved in gain-of-function research. This type of research, which involves manipulating viruses to better understand their capabilities, has been heavily scrutinized, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The report found that several of these labs are run by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), an organization with deep ties to the Chinese military. Not only are these labs conducting dangerous virus research, but they are also performing invasive liver surgeries on beagles and even administering psychedelic drugs.

This isn’t the first time the NIH has come under fire for its funding decisions. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the agency faced harsh criticism for its financial support of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). Allegations swirled that the NIH was indirectly funding gain-of-function research, which many believe may have played a role in the emergence of the virus. Dr. Anthony Fauci, one of the NIH’s leading figures, has repeatedly denied these claims, stating that the research at the WIV did not meet the U.S. definition of gain-of-function. However, this new report reignites concerns over the lack of oversight and transparency at the NIH.

WATCH:

Lawmakers have begun to take action. Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) and Representative Nick Langworthy (R-NY) have introduced the Chinese Laboratory Accountability and Watchful Spending (CLAWS) Act. This proposed legislation aims to force federal agencies to review and report on all U.S. taxpayer funds sent to Chinese labs for animal testing. The CLAWS Act, if passed, would hold the NIH accountable for its spending decisions, particularly when it involves sending taxpayer dollars to a foreign adversary with questionable practices.

Among the growing chorus of voices criticizing the NIH is Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC), who expressed her disgust at the revelations: “It’s disgusting that the Biden-Harris Administration is still sending American tax dollars to shady Chinese labs for unnecessary, unethical, and unsafe experiments on dogs and puppies. This needs to stop immediately. They must’ve forgotten what happened in Wuhan.”

The WCW report also brings to light the gaping holes in regulatory oversight that allow federal funds to be sent to foreign labs with minimal accountability. Critics argue that the NIH’s decision to fund these labs is not only unethical but also unnecessary. The FDA has confirmed that human drug trials do not require testing on dogs, raising questions about why millions of dollars are being spent on such experiments.

As the outrage grows, lawmakers and advocacy groups are calling for immediate action. The CLAWS Act is seen as a step in the right direction, but many believe more needs to be done to hold agencies like the NIH accountable. The American public has a right to know where their tax dollars are going, especially when it involves funding cruel and unnecessary experiments in foreign countries.

With new revelations coming to light, the pressure is mounting on the NIH to provide answers. As more people become aware of the NIH’s questionable funding practices, calls for transparency and accountability are only going to grow louder. The American taxpayer deserves better than to unknowingly fund cruelty overseas, and it’s time for the NIH to take responsibility for its actions.
