In a stunning and concerning turn of events, former President Donald Trump was allegedly the target of a second assassination attempt while golfing with friends at his Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach, Florida. The suspect, identified as Ryan Wesley Routh, reportedly fled the scene after police intercepted him during the alleged assassination attempt.
Law enforcement officials reported that Routh dropped an AK-47 as he attempted to evade capture. US Secret Service agents spotted the rifle’s barrel poking through the trees, which led to an immediate response. Routh quickly abandoned the weapon and fled toward his vehicle, jumping in as he tried to escape law enforcement.
