Introducing Joseph Robinette Biden, the person who will choose when the US president leaves the podium and what he should do in advance. We never anticipated playing this part, yet here we are, watching history unfold.
omitted shaking hands with the president of Brazil
Wednesday’s press conference with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, often known as Lula, ended abruptly when the president left the podium without shaking his hand.
As shown in a viral video, Lula had zero patience for it.
After the briefing in New York during the UN General Assembly, the White House issued a fact sheet detailing what the two men had said. “launched the Partnership for Worker’s Rights, the first joint U.S.-Brazil global initiative to advance the rights of working people around the world.”
The trade itself is not interesting to ponder: It’s the same old nonsense about “green” energy, labor rights, and helping those gosh darned downtrodden people – something that both Biden and Lula, a devoted Marxist, can support.
The United States must prioritize improving relations with Brazil since its leader, Lula, is in charge of one of the powerful BRICS countries—Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. This partnership puts American interests at jeopardy, which occasionally results in disputes between Washington, D.C., and Moscow or Beijing.
While reading from note cards at the gathering, Biden came out as unenthusiastic. Uncle Joe is not characterized as being “high-energy”.
An energetic handshake between Biden and Lula is recorded and tweeted as an exciting show of unity.
The handshake section is crucial since the tweet was published after a video of Lula leaving the briefing in displeasure when Biden appeared to forget to shake his hand went viral:
REVEALED: The 3 reasons you should NEVER use Vegetable Oils…
Was Lula genuinely unhappy that Biden didn’t extend a handshake? It’s difficult to say. But in these circumstances, can we put our faith in Biden? Actually, no.
During the briefing, you’ll encounter even stranger things that go beyond the tedious reciting of written phrases.
As he entered the platform, Biden nearly knocked down a flag and then blankly regarded the reporters’ inquiries. Meanwhile, Lula had to constantly ask Biden whether he could hear him in a way that is typically used for those whose faculties are not yet fully developed:
It’s not unusual for Biden to leave the stage too soon. It has occurred more than thrice this month alone, making it a somewhat common occurrence.
Honor a warrior from the Vietnam War! Join us as we reflect on the momentous day when President Biden presented former Army Capt. Larry Taylor with the renowned Medal of Honor. He deserves praise for his courage!
He quickly got up and departed after that. The remainder of the ceremony can go to hell:
Later, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated that he was had to leave the room early in order to “minimize his close contact with attendees” since first wife Jill Biden was at the time COVID-positive.
Don’t worry about the fact that Biden wasn’t wearing a mask during the ceremony, including when he shook hands with the senior veteran. If the White House still believes that wearing a mask is part of “the science,” he should do as they say. (KJP said he removed his mask in “honor” of Taylor and to make “incredibly powerful remarks.”)
What is the justification this time? Is the president, like he did a few weeks ago, relying on someone to lead him through fundamental rites once more?
From where I’m standing, it seems very evident, and it’s likely that Lula noticed the same thing.
First-time experience anything new. And let’s ensure that this is the only occasion when we must.
