During his address on Friday, President Joe Biden briefly lost his focus, prompting questions about his mental health once more. He seemed to froze for a moment, then struggled for a good 10 seconds to get his ideas out.
The event transpired during Biden’s discussion of purported remarks made by the former president Donald Trump against Russia and NATO partners.

“All of us should reject the dangerous statements made by [Trump] that invited Russia to invade our NATO allies if they weren’t paying up,” Biden said before stopping, as if he was lost in contemplation.
In a now-viral video, Biden can be seen clearly having trouble finishing his speech. He stammers and ultimately admits to his own mental error with a mocking comment. This freeze, which lasted for more than ten seconds, heightens concerns over the President’s mental capacity.
