The Oversight Project conducted an extensive review of Biden’s signed documents and found a disturbing pattern. Every document bearing his signature used an autopen—except one: the official announcement that he was dropping out of the 2024 election.
Even more concerning, the Oversight Project has uncovered evidence that Biden’s autopen was used to pardon six criminals on December 30, 2022—while he was vacationing in St. Croix. The pardons were all officially signed “at the City of Washington,” despite Biden being physically present in the U.S. Virgin Islands at the time.
These findings come on the heels of calls for a federal investigation into whether Biden’s mental decline was exploited by unelected officials who may have been running the government in his stead. Last week, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey urged the Department of Justice to investigate whether White House staffers bypassed Biden’s awareness to push through radical policies in his final days in office.
“I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Bailey declared.
He went even further, emphasizing the severity of the allegations: “If in fact Biden’s staffers were exploiting his mental decline, those orders are null and void.”
The implications are staggering. If Biden was not in control of his own administration, who was? And what other major decisions were made by faceless bureaucrats rather than the elected Commander-in-Chief?
