TRUMP TORCHES AUTOPEN: “DISRESPECTFUL TO THE OFFICE”
President Trump weighed in directly, slamming Biden’s frequent use of the autopen as reckless and potentially unlawful. Speaking from the Department of Justice last Friday, Trump fumed, “Crooked Joe Biden got us into a real mess with Russia and everything else he did, frankly. But he didn’t know about it and he, generally speaking, signed it with autopen, so how would he know that autopen is a big deal?”
Trump added, “When my people come up [with documents], you don’t use autopen… Number one – it’s disrespectful to the office. Number two – maybe it’s not even valid because who’s getting him to sign? He had no idea what the hell he was doing.”
CONSERVATIVE WATCHDOG: “WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY”
The scandal erupted after a conservative watchdog group, the Oversight Project, uncovered what they believe to be widespread abuse of the autopen to conceal Biden’s declining mental health during his final year in office.
In a post on X, the group made their view crystal clear: “WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY.” They revealed they had combed through every available document bearing Biden’s signature and found that “all used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year.”
This raises serious constitutional questions. Who was making the decisions inside the White House? Who was signing off on laws, pardons, and policy directives while Biden was, reportedly, increasingly disengaged?
WARREN’S DODGY DEFENSE OF BIDEN’S MENTAL FITNESS
Sen. Warren has long been one of Biden’s most vocal defenders, especially during the 2024 election season. But her own words are now coming back to haunt her.
In a bizarre exchange with podcast host Sam Fragoso earlier this year, Warren was pressed about Biden’s cognitive health. When asked if she noticed any decline in Biden over the years, she stammered through a response: “I said I had not seen decline, and I hadn’t, at that point.”
Fragoso wasn’t buying it. “Senator, ‘on his feet’ is not praise,” he snapped. “‘He can speak in sentences,’ is not praise.” To which Warren sheepishly replied, “All right, fair enough, fair enough.”
COMER MOVES TO COMPEL TESTIMONY: “SUBPOENAS COMING SOON”
Congress isn’t taking this lightly. House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) has already launched a full investigation into the matter and is targeting dozens of former Biden staffers for testimony.
“If we don’t hear anything from them in a week, then I would expect to start seeing subpoenas,” Comer warned.
As the evidence piles up, a narrative is forming: that President Biden may not have been in charge of his own presidency—and that radical elements within the Democratic Party, potentially led by Sen. Elizabeth Warren, were making critical decisions on his behalf.
