Last week, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey called for a Justice Department investigation into whether Biden’s aides deliberately hid his cognitive decline to push a far-left agenda. In a letter to Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz, Bailey argued that many of Biden’s final executive orders are legally void because they were issued without his knowing approval.
“By now, Biden’s mental decline is famous,” Bailey wrote. “Under the 25th Amendment, his inability to make decisions should have meant a succession of power.” He also accused Biden’s staffers of issuing radical executive orders that went far beyond what the American people had voted for.

The Department of Government Efficiency flagged a $2 billion grant from Biden’s EPA to an organization founded by Stacey Abrams.
“Who has been running the country for the last few years?” Bailey asked in his letter. “I fear that Mr. Biden… was a mere puppet for far-left, unelected staffers. The people deserve to know the truth.”
