The Email Scheme
In an exchange dated December 20, 2024, Deputy White House Counsel Tyeesha Dixon and Associate Counsel Jared English worked on a strategy to convince White House Staff Secretary Stef Feldman to authorize the commutations. Feldman had demanded proof that Biden himself approved the decision.
English drafted an email supposedly reflecting Biden’s “verbal approval” — but here’s where the fraud crept in. Dixon responded:
“Can you write it in first person from Ed (Stef usually requires that) and include that the commutation is to life without release?”
By asking English to impersonate White House Counsel Ed Siskel and write in his voice, Dixon was deliberately manufacturing a false record to secure Feldman’s cooperation. That fraudulent document was then used to obtain an autopen signature — Biden’s mechanical stand-in.
Fraud at the Highest Level
The commutations were formally announced just three days later on December 23, with the public told Biden personally defended his actions. Media outlets like the Associated Press dutifully reported the statement as if the president himself were behind it. But behind the curtain, staffers were scripting the narrative, impersonating one another, and faking “first person” testimony in official government records.
When a staff attorney writes in the “I” voice to describe someone else’s actions, it’s not simply sloppy paperwork — it’s deception. In this case, it was deception on a historic scale, altering the federal record to cover for a president too detached, too compromised, or too incapacitated to carry out the duties of his office.
A Pattern of Smoke and Mirrors
This is not the first time Biden’s White House has been exposed. In July, even The New York Times admitted that leaked emails painted a picture of a president completely disconnected from the pardon process.
Now, with this second batch of leaked communications, the pattern is undeniable: a presidency run by handlers, propped up by paperwork tricks, and rubber-stamped by an autopen.
And if there’s a second trove, there’s almost certainly a third, fourth, and fifth waiting to come out. Each leak only makes the Biden administration look more fraudulent, more desperate, and more willing to deceive the American people.
The Bottom Line
The autopen scheme isn’t just bureaucratic sloppiness — it’s calculated fraud. Biden’s team didn’t just cut corners. They actively fabricated records to get one of the most controversial decisions of his presidency pushed through without his direct involvement.
That’s not governance. That’s a cover-up.
And the American people deserve to know just how deep the deception goes.
