Another liberal activist in a black robe has once again undermined President Trump’s rightful immigration policies, putting American safety on the line.
On Monday, Biden-appointed U.S. District Judge Jamal Whitehead, based in Seattle, handed down a stunning order that demands the Trump administration admit approximately 12,000 refugees into the United States. As reported by the Associated Press, this outrageous ruling directly blocks parts of Trump’s rightful efforts to put a stop to America’s broken refugee admissions program — a program long abused by Democrats for political gain. Shockingly, the judge completely disregarded the obvious national security risks these unvetted refugees could bring.

“This Court will not entertain the Government’s result-oriented rewriting of a judicial order that clearly says what it says,” Whitehead arrogantly declared in his ruling. “The Government is free, of course, to seek further clarification from the Ninth Circuit.”
