Joe Biden’s presidency may have officially ended, but the controversies haven’t stopped pouring in. In what’s now being described as one of the most disturbing revelations of his time in office, Americans are discovering that Biden didn’t even sign many of his final executive actions — raising serious constitutional and legal questions.
And now, furious Republicans are demanding answers — and they aren’t holding back.
In the closing hours of Biden’s presidency, the nation was led to believe he was still in charge. But reports now show a very different picture — one where the President was mentally checked out, barely engaged, and relying on staffers to carry out duties that are supposed to rest solely with the Commander-in-Chief.
According to an explosive New York Times report, Biden didn’t personally sign off on multiple high-level pardons and commutations. Instead, his staff used an autopen — a mechanical device that replicates a person’s signature — to rubber-stamp presidential authority without the President even present.
Among the most alarming revelations is that Biden’s team used the autopen to approve controversial pardons — including one for Dr. Anthony Fauci, who misled Congress regarding U.S. funding for gain-of-function research in Wuhan. Biden also reportedly issued blanket pardons for members of the January 6 committee and even some of his own relatives.
