Steve Bannon, the outspoken host of the War Room podcast and one of the original architects behind President Trump’s America First movement, is once again taking aim at the root cause of the illegal immigration crisis—American companies that knowingly hire illegal aliens.
During a recent broadcast, Bannon unleashed a bold plan that puts employers in the crosshairs. Instead of focusing solely on border enforcement, Bannon is calling for a full-fledged crackdown on businesses that fuel the crisis by offering jobs to individuals in the country illegally.
“I keep saying this is why I’d like to see more ICE raids, Kristi Noem, at businesses,” Bannon said. “And let’s perp walk out a couple of CEOs and COOs that know that they’re hiring these people illegally.”
That fiery message was directed toward Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, urging her to unleash Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on companies violating federal law. His proposal? Send a clear message by arresting executives who knowingly hire illegal labor.
