Arrest Made After Antifa Issues Chilling Murder Threat

Federal authorities announced Wednesday the arrest of a self-described Antifa activist accused of issuing violent threats against Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, marking another high-profile crackdown on extremist rhetoric targeting law enforcement.

Kyle Wagner, a 37-year-old Minneapolis resident who allegedly identified himself publicly as a member of Antifa, was taken into custody on federal charges related to threats and cyberstalking. Prosecutors say Wagner repeatedly used social media to call for violence, intimidation, and even murder of ICE agents operating in the Minneapolis area.

According to U.S. Attorney Jerome F. Gorgon Jr., Wagner was arrested without incident and was expected to make his initial appearance in federal court later the same day. The charges stem from a months-long pattern of online behavior that officials say escalated from inflammatory rhetoric to direct threats and doxxing.

Attorney General Pamela Bondi issued a blistering statement following the arrest, signaling the administration’s zero-tolerance stance toward violent extremism aimed at federal officers.
