Alina Habba REMOVED After Democrat Campaign!

In a stunning example of political interference in the justice system, a panel of federal judges in New Jersey caved to left-wing pressure and voted on Tuesday to remove Alina Habba from her role as interim U.S. Attorney for the state. The move follows an aggressive campaign spearheaded by House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, who demanded Habba’s ouster after she indicted Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver.

Habba, a former legal adviser to President Donald Trump, was serving as interim U.S. Attorney after being tapped by the 45th president back in March. But with her temporary 120-day term nearing its end this Friday at 11:59 p.m., her fate fell into the hands of federal judges appointed by Barack Obama and Joe Biden — judges who ultimately decided against extending her position.

Jeffries had openly called for her dismissal last week, launching a public tirade against Habba. “The so-called U.S. Attorney in NJ maliciously indicted Congresswoman LaMonica McIver for doing her job. Habba is a woefully unqualified political hack who must go. She must be rejected by the Federal District Court Judges who are considering whether to retain her,” Jeffries declared.

On Tuesday, that call was answered. In a decision signed by U.S. District Judge Renée Marie Bumb, the court announced it would not retain Habba, instead appointing Desiree Leigh Grace to assume the role immediately.
