President Woodrow Wilson once said, “If a dog fails to come to you even after giving you a direct gaze, it’s time for some self-reflection.” His remarks are still relevant today and provide insight into the value of contemplation and accepting responsibility for our actions. It serves as a reminder that the choices we make and the person we decide to be have an immediate impact on the relationships we have with others around us. Consider what you could be doing differently the next time you are angry with a recalcitrant animal buddy in order to gain their trust and loyalty.
If such is the case, Joe Biden will undoubtedly need to undergo some significant soul-searching once he returns to the United States.

The American president in office, Joe Biden, did not let his obligations prevent him from visiting Ireland this week. His close relatives, including his son Hunter Biden and his sister, who previously managed his campaign, were with him on this trip. They reportedly came to help keep the peace in the area.
People from many sections of the region came together to celebrate and commemorate on an important date marking the quarter-century anniversary of the Good Friday accord, a historic accord that put an end to a three-decade-long conflict in Northern Ireland.
Visits to the Dublin residence of Irish President Michael Higgins were among the locations on Biden’s itinerary.
According to The Mirror, the renowned Commander in Chief was scheduled to conduct a military guard inspection, take part in a ceremony to plant trees, and then ring the symbolic “Bell of Peace.”
But then the host’s dog came trotting over.
Although the American president tried to summon the dog, Misneach, which is Irish for “courage,” growled and resisted approaching Biden.
It didn’t take long before videos with comments about the incident appeared on social media.
Misneach was praised on Twitter for having “good instincts on that one.”
“Yeah… this wasn’t the marketing moment they thought it would be,” another observed.
The Irish President’s dog, Misneach, has reportedly been creating quite a stir online, according to The Mirror. One social media user said the dog was a fervent Trump fan, and others contended that it only obeyed directions given to it in Irish. It’s clear that this dog is in great demand, and it seems that everyone has an opinion on his political views and linguistic preferences.
Another Twitter user appeared to agree with Woodrow Wilson when they wrote, “There are reasons dogs are called’man’s best friend.’ They can sense danger.”
According to CNN, President Biden’s recent four-day trip provided as a much-needed diversion from the contentious and tense climate in Washington. He apparently felt so deeply affected by the experience that he was reluctant to return home.
