12 Whistleblowers Make Startling Accusations Against Hunter Biden

Senator Charles Grassley revealed more than a dozen reports of possible criminal conduct involving Hunter Biden that had been brought to the FBI’s attention by several “whistleblowers” during a hearing with Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Merrick Garland has carried his decades of illustrious legal service to a position at the highest level of government. He was nominated by President Joe Biden and confirmed as the United States attorney general in March 2021.

In a recent speech in Washington, D.C., a Republican senator urged for a review into Hunter Biden’s tax matters and firearm purchase, which were the focus of a prior FBI investigation. The senator demanded that the Department of Justice look into any other allegations of wrongdoing by President Trump’s son.

Grassley said, “Recent lawfully protected whistleblower disclosures to my office indicate that the Justice Department and FBI had at one time over a dozen sources that provided potentially criminal information relating to Hunter Biden.”

Grassley then asked Garland, “What steps has the Justice Department taken to determine the truth and accuracy of the information provided? Congress and the American people have a right to know.”

Garland, who’s almost 90, said “I have pledged not to interfere with that investigation.”

Republican senators accused Attorney General Merrick Garland of bias when it came to looking into Hunter Biden, which led to a contentious Senate hearing. Garland left the hearing with only a few firm answers about how he handled the inquiries into this hotly contested subject after many hours of tense exchanges.

Garland was selected by President Obama in 2016 to serve as a Supreme Court associate justice. Although it left an incredible legacy before it was finished, a political Senate’s refusal to consider him for consideration obscured his potential.

The DailyMail transcribed the exchange:

‘I promised to leave the matter of Hunter Biden in the hands of US Attorney for Delaware,’ Garland told Grassley.

Grassley asked Garland flat-out whether Weiss had ‘sought permission of another US Attorney’s Office, such as in the District of Columbia or California, to bring charges?’ and whether or not it was denied.

‘I don’t know the answer to that,’ Garland told him.

Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz also brought up the Hunter Biden investigation, in an angry question period where he accused Garland and the Justice Department of bias in the review of Trump over January 6 and classified documents.

‘I believe you very much want to indict Donald J. Trump,’ he told Garland, despite his repeated statements of trying to stand back and avoid interference. He has appointed special counsels in both matters.

He accused DOJ of leaking information about the Hunter Biden probe as a ‘predicate’ for indicting Trump, demonstrating impartiality, and proving the department is ‘even-handed.’

Then he asked that the Hunter probe not focus on the president’s son’s battles with addiction, and focus instead on ‘connections to his father and potential public corruption. That is the matter of public concern.’

He asked Garland to commit to examining the ‘public corruption aspect’ and ‘not simply scapegoat Hunter Biden as an individual.’

The gun investigation relates to Hunter Biden’s attestation on a 2018 handgun purchase form not to be ‘an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.’

On Wednesday, Hunter Biden’s criminal defense attorney abruptly left the case, causing a significant shift in the legal team that is representing him. It’s unclear what this turn of events means for the continuing inquiry into Biden’s tax issues, which is expected to be at least slightly impacted by this significant change of representation.

Hunter Biden’s legal case has changed because Joshua Levy, his criminal defense attorney, quit after allegedly experiencing major divisions within the group. According to New York Times sources, Biden’s current battles with potential inquiries into his business and tax issues may be impacted by this surprise departure. What this ruling may mean for ongoing or upcoming cases involving him is unclear in the absence of additional information from either party.

Hunter’s legal team is deeply divided over Abbe Lowell, who was recently appointed to protect the Biden family, as numerous congressional investigations look into claims of money laundering and wire fraud. Will they be able to cooperate despite their severe differences in order to preserve this powerful political dynasty?

Levy wasn’t persuaded by the success of Lowell’s legal strategies. He participated in a plan to shield records from “The Laptop from Hell,” which some have criticized as spin doctoring, which has sparked discussion about potential ramifications for the Biden family story.

Some of America’s most well-known public figures, including former president Bill Clinton and White House advisor Jared Kushner, have retained Lowel as their legal counsel.

The New York Times reported, “President Biden’s personal lawyer, Bob Bauer, had recommended Mr. Levy for the job. But Mr. Levy had clashed with Kevin Morris, a lawyer and close adviser to Hunter Biden who has lent him money to pay his back taxes and some other bills, according to a person familiar with the strategy. Mr. Morris and Hunter Biden brought on Mr. Lowell late last year, prompting Mr. Levy’s departure.”
