In response to the Secret Service’s admission that there are no records of visits to President Joe Biden’s mansion in Wilmington, Delaware, President Donald Trump recently voiced his view. Despite the absence of any records, rumors abound about potential visitors to America’s newest head of state.
“The White House just announced that there are no LOGS or information of any kind on visitors to the Wilmington house and flimsy, unlocked, and unsecured, but now very famous, garage. Maybe they are smarter than we think! This is one of the seemingly many places where HIGHLY CLASSIFIED documents are stored (in a big pile on the damp floor),” The former commander in chief posted a statement on the well-known social media site Truth Social.

“Mar-a-Lago is a highly secured facility, with Security Cameras all over the place, and watched over by staff & our great Secret Service. I have INFO on everyone!” he said.
Recently, Peter Doocy noticed a lack of openness surrounding the visitor records from President Joe Biden’s Delaware home, raising concerns about the secret materials discovered in the think tank and garage in Wilmington. As the Biden administration tries to win over the public while facing continuing investigations, these most recent revelations may cause problems.
“And Dana, some news this morning. We are learning there are no visitor logs, chronicling who comes and goes from the president’s house in Wilmington. An official at the White House Counsel’s Office is telling me that like every president in modern history, a personal residence is personal. They make the distinction that unlike the previous administration, the Trump Administration, they are committed at the White House to being transparent about White House visitor logs. But in terms of what Republicans on the Hill are asking for, a record of who may have been in the Wilmington residence and potentially had access to the areas where these documents were found, it does not appear that that exists. It would have to be done, it sounds like, retroactively,” Doocy stated as he stood in front of the White House.
“There are no visitor logs for President Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, the White House Counsel’s office said in a Monday statement. Republicans on Capitol Hill demanded the visitor logs this weekend following revelations that Biden’s lawyers had discovered a stash of classified documents inside the home’s garage. While it is common practice to keep comprehensive visitor logs at the White House, Biden’s lawyers say no such record exists for his home in Delaware,” Fox News reported.
“Like every President in decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal,” Fox News was informed by the White House Counsel’s office. “But upon taking office, President Biden restored the norm and tradition of keeping White House visitors logs, including publishing them regularly, after the previous administration ended them.”
In order to safeguard visitors’ privacy and security, the U.S. Secret Service said on Sunday that the protection unit at Vice President-elect Biden’s Delaware home does not record visits.
“We don’t independently maintain our own visitor logs because it’s a private residence,” Anthony Guglielmi, a spokesperson, told reporters.
Rep. James Comer, the powerful Republican who chairs the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, has urged for the immediate publication of the logs to shed further light on crucial issues.
“Given the serious national security implications, the White House must provide the Wilmington residence’s visitor log,” Comer wrote to Ron Klain, the chief of staff at the White House. “As Chief of Staff, you are head of the Executive Office of the President and bear responsibility to be transparent with the American people on these important issues related to the White House’s handling of this matter.”
Republicans are requesting accountability and openness from the Biden administration by pressuring it for additional information surrounding its visitation records from the President’s Delaware home.
“The White House has dodged questions on a report that the Secret Service claims to have no records on who has visited Biden’s home, where the president has spent more than 25% of his time since he took office. By comparison, the visitor logs to the White House have been released,” According to the Washington Examiner.
Rep. James Comer of the Kentucky GOP said: “President Biden has spent a large amount of time at his Delaware residence since assuming office. Americans deserve to know who President Biden is meeting with, especially since we know that he routinely met with Hunter’s business associates during his time as vice president. The Biden Administration must provide transparency to the American people.”
President Biden was questioned by Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina about his travels to Delaware, and she questioned if all guests were subject to the same precautions and regulations “into close proximity with the President, in an official or personal capacity, is screened by the Secret Service” and that “somewhere” exists a record of their proximity to the president.
“It’s bad if there is official business being conducted and they aren’t telling us with who,” Mace said. “It’s even worse the Administration is using the Secret Service to excuse its complete and total lack of transparency.”
