Breaking: Hunter Biden’s $50k Rent Payments Linked To China

The bombshell information that Hunter Biden had been paying his parents astronomically expensive rent for their Delaware home was made public this week by our story. This discovery has aroused attention and emphasizes an intriguing point about the state of politics in the present.

The plot has recently changed.

The roughly $50,000 monthly rent paid by Hunter Biden in a posh Washington complex connected to his family’s business dealings with a Chinese energy company was consistent with the rental security deposit.

A 2018 background check document discovered by Miranda Devine of the New York Post showed an extraordinary $49,910 deposit.

Accordng to Breitbart:

Cecilia Browning emailed Hunter a crucial email on October 13, 2017, detailing the end of a lease for a Washington, DC, office building. When the emails were found on what has been termed Hunter’s “Laptop From Hell,” it was plainly necessary to move quickly about the situation.

Hunter’s $49,910 deposit for the office space was approved by Browning, who also promised him that his assets would be protected by a lease termination contract.

“If you are willing to terminate the lease of #507 – the owners are willing to let you out of the lease as of December 31, 2017,” Browning said in an email to Hunter. “Please note that there is a security deposit paid by you of $49,910 which will be returned within 15 days after the termination of the lease (after inspection of normal wear and tear).”

Hunter Biden sought to terminate a commercial relationship with CEFC China Energy soon after it was created, according to whistleblower Tony Bobulinski. President Joe Biden, sometimes referred to as “Big Guy,” allegedly had a deal where he would control 10% of the joint company, however neither party has verified or refuted this.

“I do have good news – I spoke with the head office and they are willing to let you out of the lease as of December 31 this year,” One month later, Browning wrote to Hunter in an email. “Just wanted to make sure that you received my email below, and also to ask you to confirm so that we can prepare the lease termination documents.”

Browning contacted Hunter once again on December 14 in an attempt to get a response.

“Hunter, we haven’t seen you for a while in the building and I wanted to make sure that you received my emails below – as you can see I now have the approval to terminate your lease as per our discussion in October (without any penalty) either December 31, 2017 or January 31, 2018 – whatever is more convenient for you,” he said. “Please confirm so that we can start preparing the lease termination documents.”

Katie Dodge informed Katie that Hunter wanted to stay in the lease on January 22. But only eight days later on January 30th, a new email was sent – this time announcing that their plans had shifted and an end date for the agreement would now be necessary.

“Yes, we are confirming that Hunter would like to terminate the lease and exit the unit at the end of February (Feb 28) and that the security deposit will cover the remaining rent less,” Hunter’s assistant replied. “We will pay you the few thousand more for any damage. You can let me know what that amount will be.”

Hunter’s incredible gesture of gratitude and dedication saw him repay his parents in full with the same exact $49,910 rent payment.

A “Background Screening Request” form that Hunter Biden submitted in 2018 attested to his ownership of the Delaware home that just turned up secret papers.

“The now-52-year-old began listing the Wilmington home as his address following his 2017 divorce from ex-wife Kathleen Buhle — even falsely claiming he owned the property on a July 2018 background check form as part of a rental application,” the New York Post reported.

On the “Monthly Rent” section of his form, Hunter Biden revealed an astonishing monthly rent expenditure of about $50,000.

Hunter Biden may be overpaying his rental charges by over half a million dollars annually, according to Town and Country magazine’s assessment of the Biden family’s Delaware house at $2 million.

“In 2018 Hunter Biden claimed he owned the house where Joe Biden kept classified documents alongside his Corvette in the garage ,” Miranda Devine, a journalist, reported.

Was Hunter Biden reinvesting his financial benefits from his father’s political ties back into their family?

Previously, we have reported:

In May 2017, Hunter received an invitation to join a new project from business partner James Gilliar after his divorce. According to the email, each participant would get 20% of the shares, with 10% going to Uncle James Biden and the other 10% being “held by H for the big man.” They all hoped to succeed together and saw enormous potential in this ground-breaking opportunity with CEFC China Energy.

Tony Bobulinski and Joe Biden spoke on the topic of CEFC venture investments on May 2, 2017. Hunter’s former business partner acknowledged that the president was certainly referred to as “big guy” in an email that was discovered on a laptop, which further supports this claim.

According to The New York Post: “The following year, federal investigators began looking into whether Hunter and his business associates violated tax and money laundering laws during their dealings in China and other countries. Emails and other records related to the deals were found on the laptop, which Hunter dropped off at a Delaware repair shop in 2019 and never reclaimed.”

Hunter Biden was required to pay half of the family’s costs, according to recent findings from his laptop. Many have hypothesized if any of these payments came from his own wallet or those of someone else as concerns about how he made them circulate.

“I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,” In January 2019, Hunter Biden yelled at his daughter Naomi in a fit of rage. “It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike pop, I won’t make you give me half your salary.”

Further in The New York Post:

Although there is no concrete evidence, Hunter’s laptop showed he was in charge of paying for his Wilmington home’s daily costs, including repairs and routine maintenance.

Hunter Biden became the subject of a federal inquiry when he said that Delaware officials were looking into his “tax affairs” as the presidential election results came in. “confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately.”

Investigators already have enough material to prosecute the first son with a number of crimes, including tax evasion and giving false information on a federal form to get a handgun.
