By throwing out Katie Hobbs’ claims from both Kari Lake and Abe Hamadeh on Saturday, Judge Peter Thompson delivered a double blow. The judge immediately and definitively delivered his decision on the two disputed court cases.
After the verdict, Lake made the decision to file an appeal in order to pursue legal action.
As reported by Axios, “In his ruling, Thompson acknowledged “the anger and frustration of voters” but said the court “cannot accept speculation or conjecture in place of clear and convincing evidence.”

Arizona voters expressed their displeasure with the widely reported voting tabulation irregularities on election day. An internal email exchange showed a significant discrepancy between reported and real vote totals, further fueling public dissatisfaction with the state’s voting system.
Despite the contradictory evidence, Lake’s claim was eventually thrown out for lack of adequate evidence.
Lake responded by addressing his fans with a message about the predicament.
In spite of the absence of a positive legal decision, I remain devoted to the struggle for free and honest elections. As a result, I will appeal to support my argument in my Election Case that our election process is not carried out in a lawful manner. Together, we can rebuild trust by defending the integrity of our democratic system!
Voter disenfranchisement is no longer a concern in this presidential election, as shown by Kari Lake’s rejection of her election case. This historic ruling disproves a long-held assumption, underscoring the significance and influence of citizens who use their right to vote! “Legal experts believe his decision [by Judge Thompson] was ghostwritten, they suspect top left-wing attorneys like Marc Elias emailed him what to say.”
Katie Hobbs was given the green light by Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson to become the next governor of Arizona, however “both sides until Monday for Lake’s side to appeal or for Hobbs’ side to seek sanctions.”
Following the hearings, PBS offered further information on the scene outside the courthouse:
Lake acknowledged her happiness with her attorney’s ability in building a strong case once the court processes were over.
“We proved without a shadow of a doubt that there was malicious intent that caused disruption so great it changed the results of the election,” stated Lake.
“We provided expert testimony. We provided experts. The other side brought in activists to try to save face. They admitted that they’ve known about these ballot problems.”
Her legal team focused on Maricopa County’s broken ballot printers, which have control over more than 60% of Arizona voters.
In several polling locations, faulty printers caused ballots to be too light to be seen, despite the huge voter turnout for this election. Long queues developed at certain sites as a result of the confusion that resulted.
Let’s face it, the democrooks have ballot control down to a science. They know exactly what to do to cheat the system and enough control over government officials to keep the truth from coming out. There will probably never be another legitimate election in America!

It does not and should not matter who appointed the judge…. What should matter is the evidence…. This “judge” ignored it all…. He threw out 8 legitimate claims on the outset and then refused to actually consider the merit of the evidence…. I want to know how much he took to ignore the evidence!
Arizona needs to recall the judge! Idiots like him should not be in a courtroom!

As I predicted from the begging this stolen election is done with the blessing of the Arizona judicial system and Keri, who is the rightful elected governor has no chansw to win this in curt because the system is ruled by the Hobbs loyalist. Justice in Arizona can be done onl by thr people and this speaks volumes in what kind of country USA has turned.
I will say it again. The people have no voice in Arizona. The only voice Arizona has is the voice of the corrupt politicians and they will not go away ever without a kind helping hand from the Arizona’s patriots.
