Trump Takes Ballot Fight BACK to SCOTUS!

The Trump administration is once again asking the Supreme Court to step into a rapidly escalating legal battle over new Postal Service requirements for mail-in ballots, putting the dispute on an increasingly urgent timeline as the November midterm elections approach.

The emergency filing comes after a federal judge blocked key portions of the administration’s new rules, creating another legal obstacle just as states begin preparing to send ballots to voters.

The administration is now asking the nation’s highest court to put that ruling on hold and allow the U.S. Postal Service to proceed with its new requirements while the broader lawsuit moves through the courts.
