Trump MOCKS Talarico With Savage New Cartoon Jab

On Wednesday, Trump referred to Talarico using the name of the fictional mascot rather than his actual name, a move that immediately sparked discussion among political observers and supporters online. The president did not directly mention Talarico by name in the post.

Trump’s remarks began with praise for the outcome of the Republican primary and acknowledgment of Cornyn’s long career in Washington.

“Congratulations to Ken Paxton on such a tremendous win, and to John Cornyn for having run a strong and powerful race but, more importantly, having had a truly great career. John will remain my friend for a long time to come, as we both watch Ken become a fantastic, common sense Senator, one who is respected by all,” the president began.

After extending those remarks, Trump shifted sharply toward Paxton’s expected general election opponent, using the satirical nickname that quickly became the focal point of his message.

“His opponent, Alfred E. Neuman, may be the worst TEXAS candidate I have ever seen,” the president continued. “A strong Open Borders advocate, he is WEAK ON CRIME, believes there are 6 genders, is insulting to Jesus Christ, will never support the Military, was a big Mask Wearer until recently, and is a Vegan who dislikes meat, not exactly a good way to be if you’re wanting to win an Election in Texas.”

Talarico, who secured the Democratic nomination after defeating U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett in the primary process, has previously drawn national attention for his progressive messaging and public appearances, including media interviews where he has discussed religious and cultural topics.

One of his more controversial moments came during a 2025 conversation with podcast host Joe Rogan, when he offered an interpretation of a biblical passage that critics argued linked Christian scripture to abortion-related arguments. That comment has continued to circulate in political discussions surrounding his candidacy.

Trump also used the opportunity to revisit his earlier criticism of Crockett, who has become a rising progressive voice in Congress. In his remarks, he added another jab tied to Democratic leadership choices in Texas.

“Jasmine Crockett, a very low IQ individual, who is no relation to the legendary frontiersman, Davy Crockett, would have been a far better choice for the Dumocrats,” the president continued.

Looking ahead to the general election fight, Trump made clear he intends to remain engaged in the race and bolster Republican turnout efforts in the state. He specifically pledged campaign support for Paxton through large-scale events aimed at energizing voters.

“I will do some nice, big, beautiful rallies for Ken. Texas, this will be FUN!” the president wrote.

Trump’s use of nicknames and cultural references has long been a hallmark of his political style. Over the years, he has repeatedly leaned into branding opponents with labels that stick in public discourse. Among the most well-known examples are his references to former Republican rival and current Secretary of State Marco Rubio as “Little Marco,” and his repeated use of “Pocahontas” when referring to Senator Elizabeth Warren over disputed claims about Native American ancestry.

Those moments have often drawn criticism from political opponents while simultaneously energizing segments of his supporter base, who view the rhetoric as part of his broader campaign style.

With Texas shaping up as a key battleground for 2026, polling suggests a competitive environment is already forming. Early aggregates have shown Talarico with a narrow advantage in hypothetical matchups conducted before Paxton’s primary victory, though analysts caution that the race is still in its early stages and subject to significant change as the general election approaches.

For now, Trump’s latest intervention has ensured that the Texas Senate contest will remain in the national spotlight, with political messaging and cultural references blending into an already high-stakes electoral fight.
