And conservatives across the country are hearing one message loud and clear: this was never about public service. It was always about reshaping America permanently.
During a Friday appearance in Chicago alongside longtime Democrat strategist David Axelrod, Ocasio-Cortez was asked the question Democrats have danced around for years: is she preparing a 2028 White House run?
Her answer stunned even seasoned political observers.
“They assume that my ambition is positional; they assume that my ambition is a title or a seat. And my ambition is way bigger than that.”
