Vance Reveals: Who Steals Your Wages?

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

“Mass migration is theft of the American Dream,” Vance wrote on X. “It has always been this way, and every position paper, think tank piece, and econometric study suggesting otherwise is paid for by the people getting rich off of the old system.”

That single statement cut through years of carefully crafted narratives. Vance wasn’t just criticizing policy—he was naming the beneficiaries.

Trump Survivor Coin

For years, Americans were told housing costs were rising because of zoning laws, climate policy, or greedy landlords. Vance rejected those excuses outright.

“A lot of young people are saying housing is way too expensive,” Vance told Fox News last month. “Why is that? Because we flooded the country with 30 million illegal immigrants who were taking houses that ought by right go to American citizens.”

Federal Data Confirms the Damage

The data now backs up Vance’s claims in stark detail. A recent report from the Department of Housing and Urban Development confirmed that between 2021 and 2024, the foreign-born population increased by six million people under Biden-era border policies—the largest surge in modern U.S. history.

The housing impact was immediate and severe.

In states like California and New York, immigration-driven demand accounted for 100 percent of rental price growth. Nationwide, nearly two-thirds of new rental demand during Biden’s term came from the foreign-born population.

HUD Secretary Scott Turner addressed the findings during an interview.

“HUD just put out a report and found that between 2021 and 2024, the foreign-born population in our country increased by six million people,” Turner said.

The report also estimated that roughly 30 percent of the foreign-born population consists of illegal immigrants—meaning approximately 15 million illegal aliens were competing directly with American citizens for housing.

Home Prices Explode as Wages Stall

As demand surged, prices followed. The median price of a new home climbed from $354,800 in January 2021 to $429,600 by January 2025—a 21 percent increase in just four years.

For young Americans, the math no longer works. Mortgage rates rose, down payments ballooned, and rent devoured larger portions of monthly income. The American Dream slipped further away with each passing month.

Who Really Benefits?

Vance’s most explosive accusation targeted the beneficiaries of mass immigration.

Large corporations benefit from cheaper labor. Real estate investors profit from inflated demand. Washington think tanks churn out glossy studies defending the system—often funded by the same interests cashing in.

“Every position paper, think tank piece, and econometric study suggesting otherwise is paid for by the people getting rich off of the old system,” Vance stated.

It’s a closed loop that rewards elites while punishing workers.

Enforcement Brings Immediate Relief

Since President Trump returned to office, enforcement has intensified—and the effects are already visible. ICE operations increased, border crossings collapsed, and housing pressure eased.

Rents declined for four consecutive months as of November 2025. The national median rent fell to $1,367, while apartment rents dropped 5.2 percent from their 2022 peak.

Border encounters in Eagle Pass, Texas, plummeted from 1,500 per day to fewer than 30. Local officials reported immediate relief in housing availability.

Vance called the connection between enforcement and affordability “clear as day.”

Establishment Backlash and Political Reality

Democrats and media outlets reacted predictably, accusing Vance of scapegoating immigrants while ignoring their own policies. Corporate-funded economists rushed out synchronized “fact checks.”

But numbers don’t lie—and neither do rent bills.

Vance represents a Republican Party increasingly aligned with working-class voters rather than corporate donors. Trump’s 2024 landslide victory reflected that shift.

As deportations continue and enforcement tightens, housing demand will fall, wages will rise, and affordability will return.

The American Dream wasn’t lost by accident. It was siphoned upward by design.

JD Vance just told Americans who’s been getting rich—and why Washington doesn’t want you to know.
