New admissions out of Fulton County, Georgia are reigniting serious questions about the integrity of the 2020 presidential election.

During a December 9 meeting of the Georgia State Election Board, Fulton County officials acknowledged that a massive number of early voting ballots from the 2020 election were certified in violation of state election rules. The revelation centers on missing and unsigned tabulation tapes, which Georgia law defines as a core part of the legal certification process.
Fulton County was the largest vote-producing county in Georgia during the 2020 election. Joe Biden was declared the winner of the state by just 11,779 votes. In Fulton County alone, Biden reportedly received 380,212 votes compared to Donald Trump’s 137,247.
Now, evidence presented before state election officials shows that at least 315,000 early voting ballots were certified without legally required documentation. That figure represents roughly 60 percent of all votes cast in Fulton County.
The admission came after years of investigation by election integrity groups and state officials.
Investigator Presents Evidence of Missing Legal Certifications
David Cross, an investigator with VoterGA, testified before the Georgia State Election Board regarding a complaint his organization filed in 2022. Cross explained that his group obtained official election records directly from Fulton County through an open records request.
