Alan Dershowitz, the legal heavyweight who once stood beside Jeffrey Epstein in court, just lit a political powder keg on national television. In a bombshell appearance on Fox News, the former Harvard law professor dropped a stunning revelation: at least two top Democrat figures are mentioned in sealed court documents connected to Epstein’s dark legacy.
Appearing on “Fox News Sunday” with Shannon Bream, Dershowitz challenged one of the internet’s most persistent myths – the so-called Epstein “client list.” According to him, that list may not exist in the way many believe. But what does exist, he said, are court-sealed files and redacted FBI reports that reference high-powered names.
“There are sealed records by two or three federal judges in the New York courts. I’ve seen some of these materials,” Dershowitz said.
Bream pressed him on whether these names appear in grand jury transcripts and whether a judge might unseal them. His response? Crystal clear: “I think the judge should release it, but they’re not in the grand jury transcripts.”
