Kash Patel’s Stunning Arrest News Rocks Dems!

Pandemic Cash Grab Uncovered

Prosecutors claim Sun leveraged her insider role in New York’s government to steer lucrative personal protective equipment (PPE) contracts toward vendors with ties to her family in China.

Trump Survivor Coin

According to federal documents, Sun allegedly wiped out legitimate suppliers from a list provided by the Jiangsu Department of Commerce and instead installed her cousin’s business as the preferred vendor. She went so far as to doctor documents, describing her cousin’s products as “the gold standard.”

From 2020 to 2021, the scheme is said to have generated $2.3 million in kickbacks for Sun and Hu, with federal investigators uncovering a spreadsheet maintained by Hu labeled simply “Me,” tracking their anticipated profits — which prosecutors say could have exceeded $8 million.

But the scandal doesn’t end there.

Ties to Communist China Emerge

Federal authorities allege that Sun wasn’t merely padding her bank account — she was also acting as a covert agent for China’s communist regime. In September, Sun was arrested on charges that she operated as an unregistered foreign agent, allegedly using her political influence to promote Beijing’s interests in return for financial rewards.

Her husband now faces separate indictments for allegedly laundering their illicit gains through accounts under a family member’s name. Together, the pair faces a mountain of charges, including conspiracy, wire fraud, bribery, and honest services fraud.

More CCP Trouble Surfaces

As if Sun’s scandal wasn’t enough, Patel’s FBI has also been dealing with another China-linked national security threat. In an unrelated case, two Chinese nationals stand accused of attempting to sneak a dangerous agricultural fungus into America’s borders — an organism capable of devastating crops like corn, rice, and barley.

U.S. Attorney Jerome F. Gorgon Jr. disclosed that Yunqing Jian, 33, and Zunyong Liu, 34, have been charged with conspiracy, smuggling, visa fraud, and making false statements after allegedly bringing samples of the fungus Fusarium graminearum into the country.

Court records reveal that one suspect concealed the fungus inside a backpack when entering the U.S., potentially putting American agriculture at grave risk. Gorgon issued a stark warning:

“The alleged actions of these Chinese nationals — including a loyal member of the Chinese Communist Party — are of the gravest national security concerns,” Gorgon said in a statement.

“These two aliens have been charged with smuggling a fungus that has been described as a ‘potential agroterrorism weapon’ into the heartland of America,” he said.

A Growing Threat From Within

The two explosive cases underscore growing concerns about how deeply China may be attempting to infiltrate American institutions — whether through political operatives embedded in state government, or through potential sabotage of the nation’s food supply.

Patel made it clear that his bureau is zeroing in on threats both foreign and domestic:

“While Americans were locked down and desperate for PPE, Linda Sun and Chris Hu cashed in – allegedly lining their pockets while serving CCP interests,” Patel wrote on X. “This is corruption that endangered lives. The FBI will not tolerate public officials who sell out their country.”

As Sun and Hu await their day in court, the magnitude of the allegations leaves Americans wondering just how many more players might be operating under foreign influence while occupying sensitive government positions. The stakes, it seems, have never been higher.
