“When you pay the cartels to enter this country, you pay them one amount to get to the border, turn yourself into a green uniform, like the last four years, and the cartel’s job ends at the border,” he stated.
That’s the budget option. The real threat, Homan revealed, comes from those who can afford the cartel’s “VIP package.”
“If you want to get away, you want to get to New York, Chicago, or Los Angeles, and not be apprehended, you’ve got to pay a hell of a lot more,” Homan continued.
It’s a shadow operation funneling untold numbers into the nation’s cities—completely undetected, unvetted, and untraceable.
Why Pay to Stay Invisible?
While the Biden administration touts its expedited processing programs and generous benefits for those who turn themselves in, Homan said millions are going out of their way to avoid all contact with federal authorities.
“Why did two million people pay more not to take advantage of that giveaway program?” Homan asked. “Because they didn’t want to be vetted. They didn’t want to be fingerprinted. That scares the hell out of me.”
These individuals, Homan warned, could include criminals, cartel affiliates, or foreign nationals with far darker intentions.
The Iranian Wildcard
The threat became even more alarming in the wake of recent news involving Iranian nationals. Federal agents nabbed several Iranians suspected of security risks, underscoring just how vulnerable America remains.
“We didn’t wait for the attack in Iran, but right now we put our foot on the gas with what happened in Iran,” Homan said.
The real nightmare, he explained, is that America has no idea who these hidden migrants are—or where they’ve gone.
“The issue is, we’ve got over two million people who crossed the border under Joe Biden, we don’t know who they are, where they came from, why they’re here. That’s the biggest concern of mine,” Homan said. “They couldn’t do proper vetting because they don’t have access to information from the country of Iran. However, the biggest concern is the two million plus who paid more to get away because they didn’t want to be fingerprinted. They didn’t want to be vetted. They didn’t want to even deal with law enforcement at all. That’s the biggest concern for me. How many of them were from Iran?” “That’s what the FBI and ICE and the intelligence community were trying to run down since Jan. 20. We’re finding some. We’ve got a lot more to find.”
Border Crisis “By Design”
Homan didn’t hesitate to place blame squarely on the Biden team. He argued the border disaster isn’t accidental—it’s strategic.
“I don’t think this was mismanagement, I don’t think this was incompetence,” Homan stated. “The open border was by design.”
Homan pointed out that both Biden and former DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas were in high positions during the Obama administration and fully understood what it takes to secure America’s borders.
“We handed them the most secure border in my lifetime, and they unsecured it on purpose,” Homan said.
So why unleash this crisis? Homan believes it’s pure politics, driven by plans to boost Democrat power through the census and congressional reapportionment.
“They must obviously see a future political benefit in doing that,” he explained. “I think they felt like these are future Democrat voters.”
He cited the reversal of Trump’s census rule, which would have excluded illegal immigrants from determining congressional seats.
“These millions of illegal aliens being released to sanctuary cities will be counted in the next census, which will result in more seats in the House for the Dems,” Homan predicted.
Numbers Tell the Story of a Dangerous Shortfall
Beyond national security fears, Homan warned that America’s immigration enforcement infrastructure simply isn’t equipped for the scale of the crisis.
“ICE hasn’t grown in size in decades. We’ve got over 20 million aliens in this country and 5,000 deportation officers. The bill is going to hire more deportation officers and more money for detentions.”
“We’ve got about 20 million illegal aliens in this country, and we have less than 5,000 deportation officers,” Homan said. “That’s why we need this ‘Big Beautiful Bill’ passed. It needs to be on the president’s desk by July 4.”
A Chilling National Security Crisis
For Homan, the stakes couldn’t be clearer. America is sitting on a ticking time bomb of unknown individuals spread across the country.
“This is a huge national security vulnerability,” he stated. “The biggest one I’ve ever seen.”

“If you think not a single one didn’t come here to do us harm, then you’re ignoring the odds,” Homan warned.
“That scares the hell out of me,” Homan said. “And that should scare the hell out of everybody.”
