Dem Governor PANICS After Homan Threat!

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers is under fire after issuing a directive that critics say effectively instructs state employees to obstruct federal immigration enforcement—even when agents show up with warrants. And now, former ICE Director and current White House border czar Tom Homan is not mincing words, suggesting the Democrat governor could face felony charges for his role in hampering federal law.

In a fiery statement made outside the White House on May 1, Homan didn’t hold back:
“I meant what I said, you can not support what we’re doing, and you can support sanctuary cities if that’s what you want to do, but if you cross that line to impediment or knowingly harboring and concealing an illegal alien, that’s a felony and we’re treating it as such.”

The confrontation centers around a controversial memo issued by Evers’ administration, obtained by Wisconsin Right Now, which instructed state employees to refuse cooperation with ICE agents unless an Evers-approved attorney was present—even in situations involving a warrant. The guidance explicitly tells employees not to answer questions, hand over documents, or provide access to facilities unless cleared by the administration’s legal team.
