Patel confirmed the news in a now-deleted post, stating: “Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week.”
According to Patel, Dugan didn’t merely fail to assist federal officers — she allegedly actively thwarted their operation.
“We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest,” he said.
Patel added that although Ruiz managed to temporarily flee, federal agents caught him after a foot chase.
“Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on foot, and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public.”
While Patel’s post mysteriously disappeared from social media shortly after being published, multiple news outlets — including WISN-TV — confirmed the arrest did indeed happen inside the courthouse Friday morning.
This latest arrest marks a disturbing trend: activist judges allegedly using their positions to shield illegal aliens from lawful enforcement. And it’s not an isolated case.
In fact, Judge Dugan’s arrest comes just 24 hours after another judge found himself in handcuffs for similar misconduct.
