A controversy involving Ukraine’s military communications has sparked a fresh debate over media accountability, anonymous sourcing, and the Trump administration’s handling of American support for Kyiv.
At the center of the dispute is Nicolle Wallace, the former Republican communications official turned MS NOW television host, who suggested that deliberately interrupting Ukraine’s Starlink coverage would represent an extraordinary disregard for civilian lives.
Her comments came amid reports of service disruptions affecting Ukrainian military operations and questions about whether officials in Washington had played a role.
