“Worst of Humanity”: Portman SLAMS ICE!

Actress Natalie Portman, known for her roles in Star Wars and Black Swan, has once again made headlines—this time for attacking America’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Speaking at the Sundance Film Festival, Portman did not mince words, calling federal agents “the worst of the worst of humanity” while praising far-left protesters as the “best of humanity.”

“What’s going on in our country right now is absolutely horrific, with the federal government, Trump’s government, Kristi Noem, ICE,” Portman told Deadline. Her comments came amid heightened national attention on immigration enforcement and violent encounters with federal authorities.

Portman continued her broadside, stating, “What they’re doing is really the worst of the worst of humanity.” Her remarks drew sharp contrast between her disdain for government officials and her admiration for activists and community organizers she said are “showing up for each other, in community, and Americans coming out to support each other, protect each other, and fight against injustice.”

The actress expressed a dual sense of pride and shame over the state of the nation. “I could not be prouder to be American right now, by the way the Americans are acting, and I couldn’t be sadder to be American right now by the way that the government is acting,” Portman said. Her remarks come at a time when public opinion is sharply divided over law enforcement practices, particularly ICE’s handling of illegal immigration and enforcement raids.
