Who the Left Wants to Replace Tucker Carlson at Fox News

That, I suppose, didn’t take long.

Jesse Watters is the best choice to replace Tucker Carlson as Fox News’ 8 p.m. host because of his natural wit and conservative views. His co-hosting duties on “The Five” have given fans the impression that they never lost their favorite anchor, offering a much-needed glimmer of hope amid ominous times.

The left has been very active in accusing the person in question of being bigoted.

Tuesday saw a U.K. According to a Daily Mail story, the host of an unnamed show stirred up controversy by asserting that he could recognize “illegal immigrants” just by looking at them. This assertion drew harsh condemnation from both viewers and social media users.

Watters and a panel examined the possible serious difficulties for both states engaged in Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s decision to transport migrants into New York City due to an ongoing border problem in his own state.

On May 11, Title 42 pandemic safeguards will no longer be in effect, which could worsen the border crisis. Transportation plans to bus illegal immigrants from the border have already been targeted at urban areas like New York City. Mayor Eric Adams of NYC has framed this as a racial issue, alleging Abbott’s plan is targeting “black-run” cities.

So, Watters remarked on the show on Tuesday, “I saw on the way into work an illegal immigration family digging through the trash looking for recyclables.”

Congressman Rokita answered to Jessica Tarlov’s question on how he knew the people were undocumented immigrants.

“You can tell,” Watters quipped, before saying, “I can tell! I’m a city guy. You don’t want me to get into it, but I can tell.”

Bring on the fake outrage.

The outrage-driven show did not please John Rich and other conservatives, who opted for a more restrained approach.

Jesse Watters’ background as a native Philadelphian provided him a special perspective on the challenging immigration challenges that residents of his hometown face. His insights on people scavenging through trash to survive and being unable to legally work were especially poignant, underlining both the reasons for their challenges and the best ways to support them.

““The point is this: you have to be able to choose the people that come into the country based on needs. If you need this type of person, bring them in. But to just say everybody come in and then, oops, you know, now people are looking for a five cent bottle, that’s not right. And you can’t blame the guy down in Texas for that. Joe Biden is the common denominator for all of this,” he went on to say.

Despite being true, the left has once again decided to spread misinformation by removing selected clips from Tucker Carlson’s broadcast. They have attempted to portray him in this way, portraying him as Putin’s puppet and even accusing him of supporting “The Great Replacement Theory” and other white nationalist theories. No one believes that his private text messages were the cause of his firing from Fox News, but they are now being examined without context to further illustrate their argument.

You can already feel the wheels spinning even though Watters is only thought to be the leading candidate for the position, according to publications like The Hill. Let that serve as a warning to conservatives: The left will never cease demonizing its adversaries, especially those in the media, as virulent racists. “Oh, Tucker’s been fired? Whoohoo, let’s celebrate. Who’s up next?”
