Whitmer Mocks Communion with Doritos in Shocking Clip!

The caption read: “If he won’t, Gretchen Whitmer will. Chips aren’t just delicious, the CHIPS Act is a game-changer for U.S. tech and manufacturing, boosting domestic production of semiconductors to reduce reliance on foreign suppliers! Donald Trump would put that at risk.”

However, despite this claim, critics argue that the video has little to do with the CHIPS Act and everything to do with mocking religious beliefs, particularly those held by pro-life Catholics. Many believe the video to be a thinly veiled jab at the Catholic Church’s pro-life stance and its opposition to abortion, given that both Whitmer and Plank are known advocates of abortion rights.

Tim Murtaugh, a spokesperson for the Trump campaign, did not hold back in his assessment of the video. He stated, “Let’s be clear what’s happening in this video. Gov. Whitmer of Michigan is pretending to give communion to a leftist podcaster on her knees, using a Dorito as the Eucharist while wearing a Harris-Walz hat. Do they want ZERO Catholic votes for Harris?”

Murtaugh’s sentiments have been echoed by several conservative voices, with many seeing the video as an affront to religious communities. Catholic Vote, a prominent advocacy group, also condemned the video, saying, “How else can this be interpreted other than mockery of Catholics and the sacrament of Holy Communion, not to mention the distasteful pornographic innuendo? Gretchen Whitmer is only the latest example of the gross anti-Catholic bigotry festering inside the Democratic Party.”

The outrage didn’t stop there. Libby Emmons, editor of The Post Millennial, took to social media to share her disdain for the video. “Whitmer is the Satanic priestess of abortion with no limits, and Feministabulous revels in the unholy communion. I’m sure they think it’s super cute and just a big laugh,” Emmons commented, making her position crystal clear.

The controversial video appears to have been filmed during the same timeframe as an interview between Plank and Whitmer, part of a segment called “Chip Chat.” However, the provocative video does not feature in the interview itself, raising questions about its intended purpose.

Bold, Durable, and Patriotic: Trump Yard Signs Selling Out!

Governor Whitmer, who recently announced her role as a co-chair for Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign, has yet to publicly respond to the backlash surrounding the video. Many are now calling on her to issue an apology, particularly as the clip gains further attention across conservative media outlets.

This incident serves as yet another flashpoint in the growing cultural and political divide in the United States, with religion, politics, and personal freedoms frequently clashing in the public sphere. Conservatives see the video as yet another example of what they perceive as ongoing attacks on religious freedom and values from progressive leaders.

The question remains: Was this a misguided attempt at humor or a deliberate provocation aimed at alienating religious voters? For many, the video was more than offensive—it was sacrilegious. As the controversy continues to unfold, all eyes are on Whitmer to see how she will respond to the growing outrage.
