Kash Patel spoke on the papers issue that has been ailing President Biden on Breitbart News on Saturday. He called individuals in the Deep State “government gangsters” and accused them of trying to block access to information about the incident. This opinion piece by a former White House national security officer raises issues about how politics are conducted behind closed doors and who is attempting to keep these issues quiet.
Patel began the discussion by highlighting a crucial difference between the Trump and Biden papers. She went on to say that since Trump is the president-elect, he has the authority to declassify documents, in contrast to Vice President Biden, who does not.

“When it comes to classified documents, there’s one person on planet Earth that is a universal arbiter of classification. That means they can declassify and classify at will, that is a sitting president of the United States. That is it.
“Nobody else can do that, unless that power is delegated to them through the Office of Director of National Intelligence, and through the chain of command, from the White House. A vice president cannot do it.”
Patel slammed the Department of Justice, calling it “bad and rotten,” and said that it was diverting attention away from Hunter Biden’s influence-peddling scheme by looking into his paperwork.
“And what we now know that this, they say the Biden investigation began in November, because a librarian said that the documents were overdue. I don’t believe that for one second.
“This investigation began from Hunter Biden’s laptop, because they found classified information that he was using to shill and hawk documents to the Ukraine so he can get paid. That’s where it came. And that’s where the House must get the documents from the FBI to show the world how bad and rotten the DOJ is.”
Patel vehemently denounced the use of a double standard in the legal system and labeled those responsible for concealing the disclosures made in the Biden papers as “government gangsters.”
He started by exposing the unfair legal system’s dual standards, stating “you and I know we don’t live in a in a uniform system of justice anymore. This is not the United States of America from 10 years ago. It’s not even the USA from seven years ago. This government, under government gangsters like Merrick Garland and Chris Wray, have determined that anything that benefits Joe Biden and hurts Donald Trump is going to dictate how they operate the law to the facts at hand. And that is a total destruction of justice.”
He continued by adding that the Deep State is the current “target” of the conflict. “our target is the administrative deep state that’s being run by these government gangsters.”
Biden, Hunter Biden, and members of the Chinese Communist Party have been linked in a worrisome way that calls for more study. Although they conducted a raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, the FBI and DOJ seemed to minimize this embarrassing revelation—a discrepancy that merits more investigation.
